At Xscape Evenings, we want you to feel confident and elegant in your purchase. If your dress isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
